1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 9p999, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 9p999 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 9p999 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion list or problem gambling register maintained by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 9p999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 9p999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

When registering your 9p999 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 9p999 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified us of unauthorized access in accordance with our security procedures.

9p999 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

9p999 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metro bank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The payment method used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to anti-money laundering verification requirements.
• 9p999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• 9p999 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed in the cashier section prior to confirmation.

9p999 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Philippine law. The platform may delay, withhold, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

9p999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 9p999 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.

9p999 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount — and any winnings derived from it — if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion conditions.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 9p999 platform — including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, slots, bingo, and live dealer games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

• All 9p999 casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight. Game outcomes are fair and not manipulated by 9p999.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• 9p999 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds or on markets that were opened in error.
• Players must not use any software, tool, script, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, card-counting software, or exploit scripts.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9p999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 9p999 immediately.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 9p999 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 9p999 staff through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9p999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 9p999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether temporary or permanent.

9p999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 9p999 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
